These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GoalCodex (goalcodex.com), a service operated by ABCODE E.E., Greece. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

GoalCodex is a football statistics platform providing access to goal data, match records, player and team statistics, and related analytical tools. The service is provided as-is and is intended for informational and personal use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. GoalCodex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Delivery

GoalCodex offers paid subscription plans (Fan, Pro) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are digital services delivered instantly upon successful payment — no physical goods are shipped.

• Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
• Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT.
• You will receive a payment confirmation by email.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
• Your account reverts to the free tier automatically.

5. Refund Policy

Because GoalCodex delivers digital content instantly, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of billing errors or technical issues that prevented access to the service. To request a refund, contact us at info@goalcodex.com within 14 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from GoalCodex without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on GoalCodex is the property of ABCODE E.E. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoalCodex is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of all statistical data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABCODE E.E. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
